What billing plans does the company offer?

The company offers Annual, Semi-Annual, Quarterly and Monthly direct bill options. New business applications that request monthly as their desired payment plan requires 2 months premium with the application. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payment is also available.

How do I become and agent for BMI?

We have an online application available for your convenience. Simply fill out the PDF form and then click "Email to Company".
