OUR BILLING PROCEDURE

30 days in advance of the DUE DATE we mail a paper notice unless EFT has been selected.

If premium is not received within 10 days of the DUE DATE, a Reminder Notice is mailed to both the insured and the Mortgagee

If premium is not received on or before the DUE DATE, a Notice of Cancellation is mailed to both the insured and the Mortgagee. This notice lists the Cancellation Date of the policy.
